BoxLunch is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to help lead a pop culture driven brand in the United States. You’ll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and development while engaging customers with promotions and social media activity.

You’ll build a high‑performing team, manage store operations, and partner with leadership to drive results in a fast paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• Passion for philanthropy and pop culture.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive results.
• Strong communication, operations, and merchandising skills.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plans and goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team.
• Promote products and promotions, including curbside options.
• Provide leadership to run an operational, customer‑first store.
• Monitor shrink, payroll hours, and staff schedules.
• Communicate with leadership and HQ on trends and feedback.
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy.
• Merchandise the store using planograms and timely promos.
