BoxLunch in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to help lead the store, drive sales, and develop a team of passionate associates.

You will support the Store Manager in achieving sales plans, recruit and train staff, promote new products, handle operations, and ensure great customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• Strong communication, recruiting, operations, and staff development skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED; degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving the sales plan and/or comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team to run your store.
• Promote new products and promotions, utilize social media, and support BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Provide leadership around an operational, customer-first store.
• Monitor shrink, payroll hours, and associate schedules.
• Collaborate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and customer feedback.
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy to hit targets.
• Merchandise the store per planograms and launch promos on time.
• Develop a high-performing, customer-focused team of associates.
