Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead to join our team as a part-time store leader. You will help drive sales, coach the crew, and keep the store running smoothly with energy, ownership, and purpose.

You’ll manage daily operations, lead by example on the floor, and support hiring, onboarding, and training. The role emphasizes customer experience, teamwork, and an owner/operator mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and solutions to customer interactions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and share product knowledge.
• Support store goals by staying engaged on the floor and closing the loop with customers.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled and provide clear direction.
• Assist hiring, onboarding, and training of store associates.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs to protect customers and product.
