BARNES & Noble College is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to lead campus store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will coach team members, support daily priorities, and help ensure merchandising, inventory, and checkout processes run smoothly.

The role requires 18+ years of age, retail experience, and flexibility for varied hours year-round, including evenings and weekends. This on-site position promotes a collaborative campus environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and provide direction to team members.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work varying schedules year-round, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and provide day-to-day leadership.
• Coach and support store team members to deliver a customer-first culture.
• Assist with opening/closing responsibilities and act as Manager-on-Duty when assigned.
• Support merchandising, inventory management, replenishment, and POS transactions.
• Promote operational excellence, safety, loss prevention, and store cleanliness.
