Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and direct team members in fast-paced retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer service while coaching and supporting team members to create a customer-first culture.
• Support the daily operations of the store by assisting with opening and closing responsibilities, serving as Manager-on-Duty when assigned, and helping ensure operational priorities are completed.
• Provide day-to-day leadership by assigning work, monitoring progress, coaching team members, and helping ensure daily priorities and operational standards are achieved.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all store departments to assist customers, support team members, and meet business needs across the store.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism, exercising sound judgment and escalating issues when appropriate.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members while reinforcing company policies and standards.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, point-of-sale transactions, and other operational activities to maintain a customer-ready store.
• Promote standards by supporting operational excellence, safety, loss prevention, and a clean, organized shopping environment.
• Promote a clean, safe, and organized store environment by modeling operational excellence and supporting store standards.
