Job summary

South Moon Under is seeking a Key Holder in our Richmond, VA store. You will partner with the Store Leader to inspire your team and deliver best-in-class service, creating curated looks for customers and strengthening brand relationships on the sales floor.

As a manager-level part-time role, you will guide Stylists, uphold visual standards, and respond decisively to daily store needs, ensuring a welcoming, fashion-forward shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in a management-level position in a specialty retail environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and POS systems.
• Excellent leadership, time management, prioritization, and organization skills.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and communicate the South Moon Under brand to all customers.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and drive a seamless end-to-end shopping experience.
• Lead a team to deliver personalized styling and curate looks per customer.
• Manage daily store operations and respond to business needs.
• Monitor KPIs and action opportunities to meet store goals.
• Assist with performance management and store standards.
