Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States to lead daily store operations, coach team members, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

You will drive sales, manage scheduling, and uphold brand standards while maintaining inventory control and a safe work environment. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and hands-on involvement in all aspects of store performance.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, etc. when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs, goal setting, and regular follow up when Store Manager is not present.
• Administer the progressive steps of discipline including verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Engage team members by creating a fun and productive environment and aligning work with company objectives.
• Recruit and train store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
• Ensure store policies, safety, and brand standards are followed.
• Lead, execute, and support selling strategy to hit KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and escalations in the moment and make it right for customers.
• Encourage customers to join Lids membership programs and in-store offers.
• Adhere to visual guidelines, keep signage and store clean and professional.
• Execute operations directives from HQ, follow Policies & Procedures, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain store technology and equipment (MPOS, Lids Custom) through daily checks and updates.
• Manage cash operations including opening/closing tills and bank drops.
• Prepare store for inventory audits and support counts.
• Organize backroom for efficiency and optimize space and productivity.
• Implement layout/VM changes and price signage to support sales.
• Protect company assets and comply with store policies.
