• Proven retail sales experience with at least 1 year in retail settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service with a drive to exceed expectations.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team to meet sales goals.
• Proficient with POS systems and other retail technology.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns.
