Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials, LLC is seeking a part-time Sales Lead in Marietta, GA. You will lead a team of sales associates, drive sales targets, and ensure outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced store environment.

You will train staff, manage daily operations, and collaborate with the Store Manager to implement effective sales strategies. Strong communication and flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales with at least 1 year of related retail experience.
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team to achieve sales goals.
• Proficiency in operating POS systems and retail technology.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment and merchandising activities as needed.
• Train and coach sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies and procedures.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• The Sales Lead may be assigned to the Key Holder role and assist with opening/closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
