You will assist the Store Manager in hitting sales targets, recruiting and developing a motivated team, and delivering an outstanding in-store experience for customers. You’ll drive promotions, merchandise with planograms, analyze daily sales, and ensure smooth operations, shrink control, and accurate scheduling.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• Strong communication, recruiting, and operations skills.
• High school diploma or GED (degree optional).
