Job summary

The Children's Place in Quil Ceda Village, Washington seeks a Store Lead (Part Time) to support the Store Leadership Team with cash-wrap operations, opening/closing, and Leader on Duty responsibilities. You will engage customers, train associates, and help maintain brand standards on the sales floor.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of retail experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication, organization, and time-management skills. Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cash-wrap operations and store opening/closing.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Support training and development initiatives.
• Foster a positive work environment with constructive feedback.
• Monitor performance and contribute to annual reviews.
• Motivate associates to build brand loyalty and service.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor.
• Support payroll processing and scheduling adjustments.
• Maintain clean, organized stockroom and safety standards.
• Uphold store CRE standards and safety requirements.
