The Children's Place in Quil Ceda Village, Washington is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals. You will model excellent customer service, communicate product value, and help with merchandising, stock, and backroom organization.

You will greet customers, manage shifts, and contribute to a clean, safe store environment while maintaining strong product knowledge and accurate checkout service.

Responsabilidades

• Be aware of customer activity and respond with a sense of urgency, prioritizing assisting customers over other tasks
• Greet and acknowledge customers while providing the appropriate level of service
• Effectively communicate value and quality of our merchandise while sharing promotions
• Exercise sound judgment in addressing customer concerns
• Demonstrate selling skills to positively impact conversion
• Provide fast, friendly service at the cashwrap and educate customers on the PLACE Card
• Maintain stock levels and ensure sizes/styles are represented
• Follow standards of merchandise presentation, signage, and display
• Keep stockroom neat and adhere to a customer-ready environment and safety rules
• Perform daily housekeeping to company standards
• Protect assets by following Loss Prevention procedures
• Inform leadership of maintenance needs to ensure a clean, safe environment
• Contribute toward achievement of store goals
• Be flexible by processing stock as needed
