Responsibilities

• Operate cash register frequently.
• Move and stock merchandise up to 25 lbs and reach 5–10 ft.
• Assist with opening/closing store; secure cash and alarms.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure customer service quality.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Maintain stock room and keep store clean and organized.
