URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Key Holder at our Nashville, TN location. You will support the leadership team in delivering an outstanding customer experience, managing daily store objectives, and ensuring product flow and accurate pricing across the floor.

You’ll lead by example in customer service, teamwork, and adherence to store procedures while assisting with openings and closings, training new associates, and maintaining safety and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience.
• Great communicator able to set clear objectives and follow through.
• Must be comfortable on a ladder and have ability to lift and push more than 50lbs.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Delivers a seamless shopping experience by understanding product, pricing, and promotions; enables efficient in-store pickup including loading furniture.
• Leads the store environment and customer experience by optimizing daily zone charts and driving sales.
• Maintains store standards and cleanliness, executes pricing and promotions, and upholds safety standards.
• Participates in daily meetings and supports onboarding and development of new hires.
