Job summary

The Children's Place in Beaumont, TX is seeking a Store Lead for Parkdale Mall on a part-time basis to support the Store Leadership Team. You will oversee cash-wrap operations, open/close procedures, and act as Leader on Duty while upholding brand standards and engaging customers.

You will train and mentor associates, help manage schedules and payroll, and collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales, service, and visuals. A strong communicator with teamwork mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through coaching and training of associates.
• Support and participate in leadership initiatives and feedback processes.
• Model exceptional customer service on the sales floor and maintain brand standards.
• Participate in payroll processing and scheduling adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and stockroom in line with CRE standards.
