Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Birch Run, MI to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will work closely with the Store Manager to meet daily goals, manage staff, and uphold company standards.

Responsibilities include assisting with opening/closing, directing merchandise flow, ensuring clean, organized sales floors and stockrooms, and maintaining safety and loss prevention practices while delivering friendly service to customers.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner
• Organize, and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Maintain promotional effectiveness of fixtures and displays
• Assist in ordering merchandise and loss prevention
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash
• Ensure staff follow company policies and procedures
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates
