Job summary

Dollar Tree invites an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and develop our front-line team at our Canton, Michigan location. You will assist with opening and closing, merchandising, scheduling, payroll, cash handling, and loss prevention while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment for customers and associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read and interpret directives.
• Retail store management experience preferred.
• Lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Adherence to store policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
