Job summary

Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and lifting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers with questions or concerns in a positive, approachable manner.
• Help organize and stock merchandise; maintain seasonal areas as needed.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
• Support payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention activities.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates alongside the Store Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the store and ensure policy adherence.
