Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Part-time Assistant Store Manager in New Brighton, PA to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily store activities, help customers, and ensure merchandise is well-organized from delivery to floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor as needed.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional effectiveness of store fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, and record keeping including payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
