Job summary

The Children’s Place in Pearl, Mississippi is seeking a Store Lead for its Outlets location. This part-time role supports the Store Leadership Team by managing cash-wrap, opening/closing procedures, and acting as Leader on Duty.

You will train associates, deliver exceptional customer service, uphold brand standards, and help drive store profitability through scheduling and payroll responsibilities. You must be at least 18 with retail experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through training of associates and providing coaching.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns.
• Support company training and development initiatives.
• Foster a positive work environment and provide timely feedback.
• Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service on the sales floor.
• Support management to maximize productivity through operations and product knowledge.
• Participate in Leader on Duty (LOD) program to enhance customer experience and drive store profitability.
• Process payroll weekly and modify schedules as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized stockroom and adhere to CRE standards and safety.
