You will participate in payroll, scheduling, and store initiatives, ensuring a positive shopping experience and efficient store operations. Weekend availability is required as needed.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Leadership Team with cash-wrap operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Act as Leader on Duty to drive customer service and store profitability.
• Provide coaching and feedback to associates to develop talent.
• Maintain store standards and brand integrity on the sales floor and in stockroom.
• Support payroll processing and schedule adjustments based on business needs.
