Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Milwaukee to serve as a front-line brand ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store within the CNG family.

You will model our values and ensure outstanding customer service and regulatory excellence. You will lead daily store operations, support sales through customer education, handle cash and transactions, and collaborate with leadership across districts to maintain compliant, efficient service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on products and services to meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or corporate office when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process applications.
• Perform outbound calls for sales, courtesy, and collections per regs.
• Handle currency, cash deposits, and banking tasks.
• Balance cash drawer and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Complete required trainings.
