Barnes & Noble College is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to lead daily campus-store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will coach and support store team members, helping ensure operational priorities are met while maintaining a welcoming environment for students, faculty, and alumni.

The role requires at least 2 years of retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and provide direction to team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Provide day-to-day leadership by assigning work, coaching team members, and ensuring priorities are met.
• Support opening and closing procedures as Manager-on-Duty when assigned.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, replenishment, and POS transactions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment and uphold standards.
