Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Waco, TX is hiring a Part-time Store Environment Team Member. You will help maintain a clean, safe store, assist customers, and support checkout with rewards enrollments.

Expect involvement in BOPIS and Ship from Store processes, truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance. The role requires a friendly, proactive team player who can work various shifts, including nights and weekends, in a climate-controlled retail setting.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be sixteen (16) years or older.
• Willingness to perform cleaning duties as described.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and recovery to support brand promises.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and assist with rewards enrollments.
• Engage customers and support omni-channel processes (BOPIS, Ship from Store).
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) maintenance.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; ensure safety and shrink programs.
