Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Southlake, TX is seeking a Store Environment Team Member to maintain store cleanliness, assist customers, and support store operations.

You will perform dusting, mopping, trash disposal, stock rotation, and assist with checkout, rewards enrollments, and omnichannel processes such as BOPIS.

This part-time role requires energy, reliability, and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings; benefit offerings available.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Cleaning experience preferred.
• Good customer service skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of store cleanliness and recovery.
• Assist customers on the sales floor and provide friendly service.
• Dust and damp mop floors; clean bathrooms and other areas.
• Restock shelves, move equipment, and support planogram compliance.
• Assist with checkout, cash handling, and rewards program enrollments.
• Support Omni channel processes (BOPIS, Ship from Store).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and safety programs.
