Job summary

The Michaels Companies is hiring a Part Time Store Environment Team Member at our San Antonio, TX store. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping environment and support brand promises through consistent housekeeping and friendly service.

You’ll dust, mop, handle trash, restock, assist customers at checkout, and participate in BOPIS/SFS processes while adhering to SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Retail or cleaning experience preferred.
• Customer service oriented with ability to engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards program and private label cards; assist enrollments.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain store cleanliness; deep clean high-traffic areas (bathrooms, break rooms, entryways).
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
