Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Part Time Store Cleaning & Operations Associate in the United States. You will clean all areas of the store, follow best practices, and support stockroom operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities include using approved chemicals safely, maintaining supplies, and completing required training. You will also greet customers, assist with products, and uphold store policies in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: client facing retail or service industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Kohl's best practices and standards.
• Utilize approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe, clean environment.
• Maintain levels of chemicals and supplies by placing replenishment orders as needed.
• Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance.
• Routinely perform basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines.
• Use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team.
• Support the operations team to receive and process product and execute stockroom operations.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Act with integrity and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture.
• Demonstrate good judgment and take appropriate actions with supervisors.
