Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Part Time Store Cleaning & Operations Associate in the United States. The role focuses on maintaining a safe and clean store environment, performing daily cleaning tasks, and supporting operational processes to ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors, restrooms, and surfaces, using approved chemicals, and replenishing supplies. You will engage customers, assist with stockroom tasks, and uphold safety policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: Client facing retail or service industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's procedures.
• Use approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment for a safe, clean environment.
• Maintain levels of supplies and rotate/store chemicals properly.
• Complete required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance.
• Assist operations with stockroom tasks and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Greet customers and offer help.
