Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Part Time / Full Time Store Cleaning & Operations Associate who will maintain a safe, clean store environment and support daily processes to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will clean floors, windows, restrooms; use approved chemicals; monitor supplies; complete training; assist with stockroom and omni-channel fulfillment; and greet customers, helping them find products and services. Weekend and early morning availability is required.

Qualifications

Customer service and multi-tasking skills required.
Good verbal and written communication.
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

Clean store areas (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) per Kohl's procedures.
Use only approved chemicals, supplies and equipment for safety.
Monitor supplies and reorder when low.
Complete required training on chemicals and equipment.
Perform basic equipment maintenance as directed.
Use Kohl's tools to plan, communicate and share information with the team.
Assist the operations team with stockroom and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
Greet customers and assist with products and services.
