Job summary

Kohl's is hiring to maintain a safe, clean store environment across all areas. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, follow best practices, and assist with stockroom and omni-channel fulfillment as needed.

Responsibilities include using approved chemicals, maintaining supplies, completing required training, and engaging customers to enhance the shopping experience. Must be 18+ with flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Clean all store areas (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Kohl’s standards.
• Use approved chemicals, supplies and equipment for safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain levels of chemicals and supplies; rotate and store properly.
• Complete required training for chemical, equipment and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance as directed.
• Use Kohl’s tools and technology to plan and communicate with the team.
• Assist operations with stockroom, receiving and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
