Job summary

Kohl's is seeking an Associate to maintain a safe, clean store environment across all areas. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, assist customers, and support store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include following Kohl's cleaning standards, using approved chemicals, restocking supplies, completing required trainings, and assisting with stock/fulfillment when needed. Excellent customer service and flexible availability are a must.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's standards.
• Use only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Maintain inventory of chemicals and supplies and reorder as needed.
• Complete required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance as needed.
• Use Kohl's tools and technology to communicate with the store team.
• Assist with stockroom operations and omnichannel fulfillment when required.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering help.
