Job summary

Kohl's is hiring store associates to keep a clean, safe environment across the store and to assist customers with products and services. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, handle stockroom operations as needed, and support omni‑channel fulfillment while maintaining safety and efficiency.

You'll greet customers, provide helpful assistance, follow Kohl's procedures, rotate and store supplies properly, and complete required training to stay compliant and ready for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all store areas to Kohl's standards, including floors, windows, restrooms and trash receptacles.
• Use only approved chemicals and equipment and maintain supply levels.
• Complete required training for chemicals, equipment and maintenance.
• Assist with stockroom operations and omni‑channel fulfillment when needed.
• Greet customers and offer help with products and services.
• Support the store team and communicate effectively using Kohl's tools.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in continuous improvement.
