Job summary

Kohl's is hiring a Part Time Store Cleaning & Operations Associate. You will keep store areas clean, assist with stockroom tasks, and support omni-channel fulfillment while engaging customers with a friendly approach.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and flexible availability including weekends and holidays. Training on safety and maintenance will be provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Keep all store areas clean (floors, windows, restrooms, trash) following Kohl's procedures.
• Use only approved chemicals, supplies and equipment.
• Maintain stock of chemicals and supplies, rotate and store properly.
• Complete training for chemicals, equipment and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance as directed by policy.
• Use Kohl's tools and technology to plan and communicate with the store team.
• Support receiving, stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
