Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeping & Operations (Janitorial) associate to maintain a clean and safe store environment. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, handle chemical supplies, and support store operations. Morning and afternoon availability is required.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with services, and participating in stockroom and fulfillment tasks as needed by the store team.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store following best practices and standards.
• Utilize approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor and replenish chemicals and supplies as needed.
• Complete required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance per company guidelines.
• Use Kohl's tools and technology to coordinate with the store team.
• Support operations to receive/process product, stockroom duties, and fulfillment when needed.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
