Kohl's in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeping & Operations (Janitorial) associate to maintain a safe, clean store environment and support store operations. You will perform daily cleaning, handle chemical supplies, and assist with stockroom and omni-channel tasks while engaging customers.

The role requires flexibility with days, nights, weekends and holidays, with pay starting at $15.25 per hour. No prior retail experience is required, and you will receive on-the-job training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Kohl's methods.
• Use only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Maintain levels of chemicals and supplies and replenish when low; rotate and store properly.
• Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance per guidelines.
• Utilize Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team.
• Assist operations to receive and process product, stockroom tasks and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
