Job summary

You will assist customers, participate in stocking and POG processes, and help ensure safety and compliance while upholding Michaels’ brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Assist customers, help them shop, and enroll them in rewards programs when appropriate.
• Support omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store.
• Participate in truck un-load, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance with laws and safety requirements.
