Job summary

Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant to work part-time as a Staffing Coordinator in our Greenville location. The role supports home care patients in their homes and follows a Plan of Care.

Duties include direct patient care, personal hygiene assistance, and documentation, with strong emphasis on confidentiality and teamwork. Part-time is three days per week, 12:00–5:00 pm, with excellent pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Maintain certification with DFS.
• Effective communication skills to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and standing.
• Sympathetic attitude toward patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with personal hygiene tasks.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises as instructed by supervisors.
• Prepare meals considering client preferences and diets.
• Provide companionship and activities tailored to client needs.
• Light housekeeping as assigned.
• Maintain accurate records as required by agency.
• Report changes in client’s condition promptly.
• Follow Plan of Care and EVV procedures where applicable.
• Demonstrate dependability by punctual reporting.
• Respect patient privacy and confidentiality.
