Job summary

Action Health Staffing seeks a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Greenville home care team in a part-time Staffing Coordinator role. Shifts are three days a week, 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm, with excellent pay and benefits.

The CNA will provide in-home patient care, assist with personal hygiene, transfers, documentation, and plan‑of‑care adherence, while showing compassion and reliability in client interactions.

Qualifications

• Maintain certification with any state requirements as applicable.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective communication skills including reading, writing, and following directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and transferring clients.
• Sympathetic attitude toward care of the sick.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned during in-home visits.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support transfers, repositioning, and safe ambulation.
• Deliver basic nursing tasks under supervision per Plan of Care.
• Assist with meal preparation according to dietary needs.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Maintain accurate records and EVV task entries.
• Record changes in client condition to the supervising nurse or team.
