Inter Miami CF invites applications for the Number 10 Internship – Guest Services, a part‑time internship supporting matchday operations and special events. You will help plan staffing, train part‑time staff, and coordinate guest experiences under multi‑department collaboration.

This paid internship offers exposure to guest services, scheduling, event coordination, and a chance to learn in a fast‑paced sports environment with fans and partners in a world‑class stadium.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently graduated in hospitality, sports management, business or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities with reliability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work weekends/holidays and in a fast-paced team setting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and helpful for guest services.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing training materials and sessions for part-time staff.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of Guest Service Representatives.
• Schedule staff for match days, events, and stadium tours.
• Lead on match days and events to ensure duties are fulfilled.
• Coordinate event-day briefings and staffing deployments.
• Support employee communication, recognition and engagement efforts.
• Collaborate across departments (Security, Operations, HR, Marketing, IT).
