Inter Miami CF is offering a paid, part‑time Internship in Guest Services for the 2027 Sprint Season. The role supports planning and execution of matchday operations and events while delivering exceptional fan experiences.

The position involves training staff, scheduling, cross‑department collaboration, and hands‑on exposure to guest services, with start in January 2027 and end in June 2027. Schedule is fewer than 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Hospitality, Sports Management, or related field.
• Strong reliability, communication and organization.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning matchday operations and events.
• Develop training materials and conduct staff sessions.
• Recruitment/onboarding of Guest Service Representatives.
• Schedule staff for match days and events.
• Lead staff on match days and events.
• Coordinate event-day briefings and resources.
• Support communication, recognition and engagement efforts.
• Cross‑department collaboration with Security, Operations, HR, Marketing, IT.
• Inventory management of uniforms, scanners, wristbands and accreditation.
• All other duties as assigned.
