Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Part-Time Hourly IT Supervisor for Lincoln Financial Field to handle pre-event and event IT needs, including POS, back office, and networking, under the onsite IT Manager. This is a part-time, seasonal role with events during nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

The IT Supervisor will provide hands-on support, coordinate with vendors, ensure high-quality IT services, and uphold security standards during events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT systems experience, preferably with POS.
• Associate degree in IT or CS preferred.
• Experience in concessions/stadium environment preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Able to work nights, weekends, holidays and event-based schedule.

Responsibilities

• Proactive support and maintenance around POS systems and other technologies used during events.
• Communicate application issues to appropriate employees and vendors.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services to support the business.
• Work cooperatively and take directions from onsite IT Manager.
• Be familiar with IT audits and security assessments.
• Resolve IT incidents and problems.
• Represent the IT department to onsite leadership.
