Job summary

Aramark is seeking an IT Hourly Supervisor to support Lincoln Financial Field during events. This part-time, seasonal role covers pre-event and event IT needs, including POS, back office, networking, and associated systems under the direction of the venue IT Manager.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of IT experience, familiarity with POS environments, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical demands may include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
• 2+ years experience with IT systems, especially POS.
• Experience in concessions or stadium environments preferred.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot IT issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support for POS, back office, and networking during events.
• Communicate issues to staff and vendors and ensure high-quality IT services.
• Work with onsite IT Manager and support audits and security assessments.
• Handle IT incidents and application issues; support crowd management environments.
