Job summary

Nashville SC is seeking a Groundskeeper to join the facilities team, focusing on maintaining natural grass and synthetic fields at our training and academy sites. This part-time role primarily covers afternoons and weekend shifts at the Vanderbilt Health Training Center or Currey Ingram Academy, with occasional work at Geodis Park.

You will support the grounds crew, perform preventive maintenance on equipment, and help keep outdoor areas safe and presentable for trainings, matches, and community

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant field maintenance experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible hours including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance of natural grass and synthetic fields at Nashville SC facilities.
• Complete preventive maintenance on equipment and ensure it remains in working condition.
• Repair and maintain exterior grounds in conjunction with landscaping services, including snow/ice removal.
• Maintain daily field maintenance.
• Support Nashville SC facilities as needed.
