Job summary

Nashville SC is seeking a part-time Event Operations associate to support the GEODIS Park Event Operations team for MLS matches and other major events. You will provide day-to-day support to the club's operations and assist on game days.

Role requires availability 20–25 hours weekly, including nights and weekends, with potential 12-hour event days and exposure to extreme weather. A strong work ethic and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing MLS games and major events.
• Ensure SOPs comply with MLS regulations.
• Support locker room set-ups to MLS standards.
• Assist visiting teams and league officials on game day.
• Support referee crew before, during, and after games.
• Aid match credential production and distribution.
• Lead ball retrievers during events.
• Assist with match-day tasks across departments.
• Assist third-party event logistics and setup.
• Move and store department equipment.
• Set up event spaces for different departments.
