The Groundskeeper position at Nashville SC, within the Operations department, oversees maintenance of natural and synthetic fields at our academy and facilities. Reports to the Head Groundskeeper and may be assigned to Geodis Park or Vanderbilt Health Training Center as required.

This is a full-time role requiring flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with physical work including lifting up to 50 pounds and collaboration with landscaping services to keep fields in

Qualifications

• 2 years relevant work experience in maintaining sports fields, golf courses or home lawn/landscape.
• Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations and information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and deadline driven.
• Hours are variable and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions and lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in various positions for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Assist with maintenance of natural grass and synthetic fields at Nashville SC facilities.
• Complete preventive maintenance on equipment and ensure operational condition.
• Repair and maintain exterior grounds with landscaping services.
• Perform daily field maintenance.
• Support Nashville SC facilities as needed.
