Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Therapy or equivalent.
• AHA BLS Healthcare for Healthcare Professional is REQUIRED.
• CCC-SLP certification or SLPCF with CA licensure is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates plans, directs and administers therapy modalities as prescribed by a physician.
• Assists patients in reaching maximum performance and functioning.
• Participates in departmental CQI, staff meetings, and chart reviews.
• Maintains patient care documentation in a timely, accurate manner.
• Acts as departmental representative on committees and system-wide activities.
