Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Applicable state license for Speech Language Pathology required.
• BLS certification required per policy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans, directs and administers programs of Speech Language Pathology.
• Plans and conducts SLP to restore function and maximize independence.
• Documents evaluations, progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Re-evaluates patients as status changes and adjusts goals.
• Communicates findings to physicians, nurses and care teams.
