Food Lion in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Center Store Associate to provide quality customer service in the Grocery department. You will help maintain standards, maximize sales through service, and minimize shrink through proper practices.

Responsibilities include maintaining shelf allocations, backing stock, and ensuring items are correctly placed according to plan-o-grams, while following all safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Ability to use technical information to solve problems.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsabilités

• Maintain enthusiastic customer awareness with fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Courteous and helpful to other associates.
• Maintain shelf conditions and plan-o-grams for Store 00812 items.
• Ensure back stock is properly maintained and items are correctly ordered and displayed.
• Follow Food Lion safety guidelines and dress code; complete CBT and training courses.
