Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a dedicated team member to provide quality customer service in the Center Store (Grocery) department. You will help maintain standards, maximize sales, and minimize shrink through proper use of standard practices.

Responsibilities include stocking, shelf maintenance, safety adherence, and completing required CBT and training. Candidates should have a high school education or equivalent and strong interpersonal skills for a positive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Must meet minimum age requirements and perform physical duties.
• Able to use computer systems and related tools as part of daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service within the Center Store department.
• Maintain standards per standard practice manual and maximize sales.
• Stock shelves, ensure saleable merchandise, and maintain pricing and tagging.
• Operate store tools like ACIS/CAO and follow safety guidelines.
• Wear proper uniform and complete required CBT and training.
