Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate special events (peer-to-peer fundraisers, trivia, golf) and attend events.
• Acquire sponsorships and recruit individual participation.
• Cultivate donor relationships and secure funding.
• Manage event logistics and coordinate with venue staff.
• Develop event budgets and monitor expenses to meet revenue goals within budgets.
• Work with board committees to increase participation.
• Manage the fundraising platform.
• Draft and implement marketing plans and manage communications for events.
• Conduct post-event evaluation and provide improvement recommendations.
• Build relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners.
• Coordinate Community Impact Advisory Board recruitment and meeting preparation.
